All four of our Stainless clad Range knives in a beautiful handstitched leather roll made by local leatherworker Owen Leather.

The Knives
Our Stainless clad Range Petty, Nakiri, Funayuki and Gyuto. Handforged from Japanese Aogami Super Steel with stainless steel cladding. The handles are made from fumed oak and a brass.

This set is designed to cover all bases in the kitchen. From fiddly off-board work to veg chopping, general prep work and slicing meat and fish.

The Roll
Handmade in Deptford by Leatherworker Harry Owen from a single piece of milled Italian leather stitched with Fil au chinois lin a cable. Handstitched and with beeswax burnished edges, the roll has been finished with brass hardware to match the ferrules of our blades.
